Everyone is doing great!!  12/25/started loosing pups , started hand feeding every 2 hrs to save them all. we lost 3. During this time my main goal was to save pups and I have got behind on updating the website on all 3 litters. When can I pick my Puppy? 

The pick order is determined by the order each deposit is received

1st deposit=1st pick, 2nd deposit=2nd pick and so on 
The picks for the puppies can be done immediately by photographs seen online or sent via email or in person. 

Puppy visits can begin at 4 wks for deposit holders only and a appointment will be scheduled. 

Selection can be made as soon as puppy pictures are posted online and no later than 5 wks.  Deposit holders will make selection in chronological order. If you can drive to make selection in person that will be fine. An appointment will be scheduled for you. Whether you select online or in person, selection must be made as soon as pictures have been posted and no later than five weeks. If you CANNOT make selection you will loose your spot in chronological order so that other deposit holders or potential deposit holders can make their selection. It is not fair to hold up other deposit holders or future deposit holders on their selection especially when pictures are posted and they are ready to make their decision in selection.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable unless if at the time of birth or to pick a puppy, the desired sex/color requested with your deposit is not available, you can choose a puppy of the opposite sex, or color ( if one is available), your deposit can be rolled over to a future litter, or you can receive a refund since it's out of both of our control how many of each sex/color are born. 

If the Sex and Color you placed a deposit on is born and you should later change your mind and decide NOT to purchase the puppy for any reason your deposit is non-refundable because the puppy has not been available to any one else to purchase and had been reserved for you.

Please understand Puppies can die at birth or shortly after, it is something that just happens. We go to many lengths to safeguard the litter but sometimes mother nature prevails.

Deposits and payments can be paid by credit/debit card through PayPal.  We accept checks for the deposit. Please contact us for our mailing address.  Website will be updated to show a Pending Deposit and a puppy will be reserved for you once payment has arrived, and cleared, not until then. We do not accept personal checks for the balance due.  We will accept the balance due payment to be made by PayPal, cashier's check or you can pay with cash for the balance due at the pick up of your puppy if you prefer.   You can pay using your credit/debit card through PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.  See below for PayPal options.
